Not only the good ones. Every person who has crossed my path was assigned to me — some to love me, some to teach me, some to show me exactly what I was never going to tolerate again. I have never had an exchange of energy I would call a waste. Good or bad, every one of them left something behind, and I am grateful for all of it.
The way you get to the people assigned to you is by stepping out on faith and trusting your own choices. Not waiting until you are certain. Not waiting until it makes sense on paper. Every time I have moved on something I could not fully explain, someone was standing on the other side of it who was supposed to be there.

Before You Book

Is this therapy?
No, and it matters that I’m clear about that. I’m a registered nurse and a certified trauma-informed coach, not your therapist. This is mindset and inner-child support from a woman who has done her own healing out loud. It isn’t treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional mental health care.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. Come as you are, with whatever is loudest. If you’d like a head start, bring a photo of yourself as a child and we’ll start there.
Do I need to have taken a course first?
No, and you don’t need to own a business either. Some women book before they buy anything, some book because they got stuck mid-module, and some have never taken a course in their life. All of it is welcome.
What if I need to reschedule?
Use the link in your confirmation email. Please give me at least 24 hours where you can — that hour was held for you and someone else could have used it.
Will one hour actually do anything?
Honestly, sometimes yes and sometimes it opens something that needs more time. One conversation is enough to see who’s been sitting in the chair. What you do after that is up to you, and there’s no pressure from me either way.
