Is this therapy?
No, and it matters that I’m clear about that. This is a self paced self-reflection course based on my own lived experience as a business owner. It isn’t treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional mental health care. It’s a reunion with the parts of you running your business, held with a lot of love.
